Just came back from bringing a Warrior 151 home. Great flight, except a problem with static.
Radios are a King 155 and a Narco MK 12D
There is a constant static on both radios, except, when a transmission comes in - then, it is perfectly clear.
the static on each radio is slightly different, but they both behave the same. Incoming and outgoing transmissions are perfectly clear.
Since it's both radios, I'm thinking it's probably not the radio.
