Specific Model Pre-Buy Checklist

I was wondering if this forum, or a club you know of, has a model-specific prebuy checklist. I'm looking for a Cherokee 140 prebuy checklist. I've seen other brand clubs have them, and am wondering if one exists here, or elsewhere for the Pipers. It's model specific, listing well-known issues with the type that should be checked that otherwise might go overlooked.
