Seems like when I'm on the ground the door is sealed nice and tight but up in the air it pulls out. Is this normal? Seems it's a vacuum effect. I adjusted the pins that lock the doors. I can't adjust them any tighter. Also, door seal was just changed.

What I can do to deal with this? I want the door to seal nice and tight, mostly to reduce noise.

Picture shows 7500' doing about 155 knots.
