The picture below is one of a "Cessna" seatbelt grommet I got from Aircraft Spruce. It installs on the attach point between the seatbelt and the shoulder harness. Problem is, I'm not sure of the orientation of the flange. I'm told they are difficult to install and have to be heated in hot water so I only want to do this once and not screw it up. Can someone enlighten me?

Thanks in advance
Greg
