Rental rates for your own aircraft

I'm considering renting my Cherokee 180E to a local airplane pilot who wants a bug smasher for local hamburger flights. I understand insurance requirements and the like and will look to add the pilot and/or require him to get his own insurance renter policy.

The local flight schools rent their 140/150 Cherokees wet at $135-150hr and some 172's as high as $180hr wet.

What kind of rates should I be charging if I decide to go through with this?
Does anyone have a rental agreement that I could look over?
