hi all - does anyone have any guidance for me on this? My cherokee 235's (1968) ADF doesn't work (I purchased the aircraft like that) and Im planning on getting it removed at the next MPI. But I wondered about the old long wire antenna from the tail. Is there anything stopping me simply snipping it off? Its redundant and I want to order a cover for the aircraft and want to avoid having to accommodate it! Is there any reason a technician would have to do it....?

thanks
