Recently purchased a PA32-260 with electric trim. Even when I disengage the elec. trim the trim wheel is too still to manually adjust. I've talked with a few pilots that insist the wheel should allow for manual control even when the electric trim is active (and most certainly when the elec. trim is bypassed). Does anyone have information to impart?
