A little bit of oil from the grease streaking down the blade may not be abnormal and would not be a reason to pull the propeller off. If this is the case the quantity of oil should be small. If you clean the oil off the blades and it keeps coming back, it is likely engine oil. If engine oil is making it past the seals you would want to get the propeller resealed, and not put off the repair.
