Higher pitch will give you a lower Static RPM..


You must make at least minimum Static RPM per TCDS to be legal.


Higher pitch will provide slightly higher speed under some conditions.


Note you are using more power and your Takeoff performance will be slightly


lower. My preference is lower pitch and just bump up Cruise RPM..


It really depends on your “ mission”.
