I just discovered that the resistor in the power relay energizing circuit on my PA28-180 SN 28-7305198 has crumbled into dust. Searching around here revealed that this is a common problem, and that it's a 4.7 ohm 10 watt wire wound resistor.

My question is where this information came from. I can't find it in the parts catalog. The service manual also gives no specification for the resistor. What am I missing?
