Plane just went down at 15FL

Piper of some sort, don't know much except it crashed in a neighborhood across a main road from the runway 18/36, immediately after departure.

I have no more information. By the time I got to it, the plane was fully engulfed in fire. I don't think anyone made it out.

I have talked to all the members of this forum that live at 15FL, so it wasn't one of us.

I'll post more as information becomes available.
