New owner of a 1977 Piper Turbo Arrow and so far the transition from a 1979 warrior has been fantastic. I'm loving the climb and cruise performance.

As with any aircraft this old it needs some work. Any recommendations on Piper parts? Simple owner serviceable stuff like door arm that keeps the aircraft door from over extending.

Also the oil dip stick only has a faint reference to the number 8. I assume each physical tick below the 8 is 1 quart but figured replacing the stick may not be a bad idea so it is easily read.

Thank you
