I noticed that the Piper Cherokee 235 varies in price from 1973 on. Wildly, as much as $40,000 extra. For example I have seen a 1968 for $43,000 total price and then I have seen a 1975 for $77,000! with around the same amount of time on the engine and the same basic avionics. I thought to myself what has changed in 7 years? on the 235?
