I came across some photos circa 1964 when my Dad took me to the Norfolk Airport for "Penny a Pound" day and my first airplane ride in a Piper

Tri-Pacer. Boy, did that ride change my life. I weighed 60 lbs and the minimum ride cost was 1$. Those were the days....It is hard to believe those Tri-Pacers, Commanchees, and Bonanzas could still be flying today!
