Paperwork on buying a used overhauled prop?

Sent my prop out for overhaul, and big surprise, it can't be overhauled.

I found a used one at Texas Air Salvage and they'll have it overhauled and sent to me.

Anything I need for paperwork/logs other than the overhaul record?

Do I just start a new prop log with 0 time in service and 0 time since overhaul?
