Panel Upgrade

I own a 1984 PA 32-301. It will be going in for TBO next month. While out of service I will be upgrading the panel as well. It has never had a panel upgrade since it was built. I currently fly with a Yoke mounted Garmin area 510 and iPad with ForeFlight. I'm looking for Basic IFR panel Upgrade. Considering Garmin GTN 650 and GTX 345 All-in-One ADS-B Transponder or Avidyne IFD440 and Avidyne AXP 340 Mode S Transponder. Any comments, suggestion, or opinions are greatly appreciated. Thanks
