My 1973 PA32-300 is nearing completion of its renovation. There have been some times while flying in Our now sold 180 that my family has asked if we could block the sun coming in through the windows.

I’ve seen pictures of Cherokee 6’s or Saratogas with curtains and while I really don’t like the look very much I’m wondering if there are alternate solutions to curtains?

And if not....also wondering how much curtains cost, where to get, and if they need some kind of STC or some legal something or rather?

Maybe there’s some kind of temporary thing you suction in the window that goes up and down???
