Got my plane back from paint shop, and before that it was flown for 3 hours following annual.
The monitor now shows cylinder 3 egt 550-700 degrees cooler than the others at idle. Once raise the rpm to 1500 or higher it lights up fine. Mag checks on ground and altitude look great.
