In all of the threads I’ve seen issues with problems not having enough nose up trim because of such a nose heavy airplane even to the point of recommending ballast in the aft luggage compartment. My problem is the opposite, at cruise of 24–24 with one to 4 people in the plane, full nose down trim and still having to hold some forward pressure on the yolk to keep it from climbing. Front baggage compartment has about 30 pounds of supplies as does the rear baggage compartment. Rigging and trim adjustment have been checked three times by very competent Mechanic and all adjusted to specs with no change in issue. Any recommendations?
