Hi,
Hopefully one of you guys will be able to help me on this...
Working on a PA31-350.
In flight, landing gears do not complete the up cycle (red light and handle doesn't pop back to neutral).
Observed from the ground, all gears are up, Inboard doors are open.
On jacks, landing gears cycle perfectly every time.
My thinking is it must be either vibration related or aerodynamic loads related. Hydraulic source doesn't seem to be the issue since the handle pops in preflight and shutdown procedures.

Any ideas other than replacing all 3 microswitches?

Thanks
