I recently had a crankcase crack and had to get an overhauled one for my O320-D3G. When mounting the starter, we found the starter ring gear on my flywheel is about 1/8in too close to the starter and making contact. On further investigation, it looked like the ring is slipping off ever so slightly (pics attached). Has this forum seen this before, any thoughts? My initial thought is to just get one off eBay for $500, however I wanted to ask the braintrust here. Thanks in advance.
