I came across this note on the logbook I am checking and wanted to know if this is a serious issue or not serious enough to be bothered.

This is from the last annual page dated 5/3/2019

* Complied with AD1982-27-08 , Forward fin spar WEB/300 hour fuselage bulkhead inspection. Found aft bulkhead and vertical fin stabilizer aft spar cracked. Installed replacement serviceable Vertical Fin P/N77600-02 and all attach hardware. Replaced the aft bulkhead P/N 8515-002 with a serviceable unit.

Does this crack an indicator this airplane gone thru a lot of stress while being flown around 150 - 160 hrs a year at a Part 141 flight school. I've been told this plane was solely used for cross country flights at that school.

But finding a structural crack and replacing the vertical fin sounds like a major issue to me.
Should I be worried?

Does this could be a sign for other possible structural weaknesses on other parts of the plane?
