I'm somewhat surprised that there are no comments on a recent PA-30 accident.
A 17 year old Student Pilot took the aircraft to take 2 friends for a ride.
At night in what sounds like IMC.
His mother states he had a key to the aircraft and had flown it before
WITH THE OWNER'S PERMISSION.
He also had the airport security code.
Authorities allege it was stolen.
Unfortunately; all on board were killed.
