Operators/information manual vs. POH in the aircraft

I’m sorry if this is addressed elsewhere but I did not find it when I searched. The required documents to be onboard (ARROW) the O is for Operators Manual. Many people say POH, which is not entirely accurate and others recommend you do not carry the actual POH as it is acceptable to use the Operators Manual (or Information Manual). Is there a trusted resource for purchasing a hard copy OM? Is there an acceptable alternative solution - like make a copy of the POH? What do you carry in your aircraft? I’m currently lugging around the POH in my flight bag as I don’t want to leave it in the aircraft...
