For the O-540 with constant speed prop owners, I’m curious what are your climb settings are?

I typically climb at 100 mph while keeping an eye on the CHT’s, leave the throttle in and reduce rpm’s to 2400 after I’m couple thousand feet up. Can’t find anything in the operators manual that addresses this so not exactly sure if this is right or wrong?
