Yes, in an Archer.  Not saying all those other conditions are not an issue I find it unlikely as when I flew with the previous owner he had no problems cranking it but apparently he had three hands working the key switch, throttle, and mixture.  I am not the only one either by the hundreds of returned results from Google related to hot starts on an O360.  I am admiting I am learning the quirks and asked for helpful suggestions.   Thanks for the potential mechanical things to have my A&P look at.
