New POH

Hello,

I just purchased a 1979 PA28-236 Dakota yesterday. Everything is great but the POH is obviously worn. It is still in good condition but some of the holes in the pages are tearing and the pages frail. I was thinking of trying to copy it and put it in a new binder. Does anyone have any suggestions on (1) If I can just get a replacement POH, (2) If not, any recommendations on the best way to copy the pages and (3) If there is any way I can get a replacement binder somewhere?
