AVOID at ALL COSTS
I would toss it in the trash and move on. I tried to get Bill to take my ADSB box back when the whole AD fiasco started. He stopped returning calls and emails. Luckily the stand up Gulf Coast avionics who I bought it from took it back after I had it sitting for 4 months. I got an email form the president of Gulf Coast today they still cannot get their money back from good ole Bill and he wont return their phone calls either. This is one of his retailers. Great way to do business.
