I'm having problems with my right hydraulic pump on a Chieftain. I check the left engine pump on start up and the right on shut down. The right pump has been slow to kick the gear lever back up. I had my mechanic put a new pump on a week ago. When I tested it the first two times it kicked the gear lever back up, but the last two times I did the test it would not kick the lever back up.

Any advice would be appreciated. Power pac issue? Not really sure where to go from here.
