Narco nav 122 repair recommendations?

Anyone have a good recommendation for any avionics repair stations that can still work on narco nav 122s? My heading adjust knob nylon gear has broken and I need someone to open it and replace the nylon gear. Hoping there might be a shop in or near Arizona!

Finding that it is getting harder and harder to find anyone willing to open one of these up!
