Got a new to me Cherokee 180. The radio stack is old. There's a KX-170b with glide and a MX-170 with standard VOR. I'm thinking of removing the old KX-170b and replacing it with a GNC 355A GPS radio then moving the MX-170 to the glideslope indicator but I don't know if the MX-170 has glideslope OR how to tell if it does OR do they even make a MX-170 without it?

Hoping someone smarter than me on the subject weighs in. 😀

Thanks in advance!
