Missing Glidepath GTN650xi and GI 275

Still learning to work my setup with the GTN650xi and three GI 275s. When in a GPSS LPV approach the glidepath (horizontal needle) does not appear. The attached picture inside the FOFWI FAF at KUYF does not have a horizontal indication on any of the three GI 275s despite the fact that all three show LPV. Its hard to see, even in person, but to the left of the "TO" indication on the top
MFD in CDI mode there is a gray box with a "GP" in it that has an "X" over it.

The GTN 650xi pilots guide mentions that if sufficient accuracy is not available the unit will downgrade the approach to LNAV. It doesn't mention the "Xd" out GP while the LPV is annunciated.

Has anyone else encountered this issue?
