I'm hoping an AP familar with Cherokees can help us out. The oil cooler line AD 95-26-13 references routing the oil cooler lines behind the ground strap. My A&P who is doing an annual on my airplane pointed out that my recently acquired Cherokee 140 does not have a ground strap in this area....in fact it doesn't have one at all. It's a 73 version with E3D engine and Chrysler alternator. The maintenance manual does not reference a ground strap or cable in the any of the related sections or in the engine removal/installation section. The reference to it in the AD is throwing us for a loop. Am I missing a ground strap or cable?
