I have a new-to-me 95 PA32R-301 and want to understand the lights better. The plane has no beacon or belly light.

Nav lights - red/green on the front of the wing tips and whites at the back. On when prop is running or just on at night?
Recognition lights - white forward-facing lights on each wing tip. On when moving on the ground?
Strobes - flashing lights at the end of the wing. On at night, off prior to landing, off while taxing at night?
Landing light - on for take off, landing, and taxiing at night?

Thanks in advance.
