Hello all,
I am an airline pilot with a Piper Warrior. I love introducing local kids to aviation. I have always flown family friends children.
Well word has gotten out and I have be approached by many families that I don't know for rides. This has lead me to thinking how, do I go about protecting my family if something should go wrong?

My insurance covers these rides as long as I don't charge anything, and I don't. However my insurance wont protect my family from a lawsuit.

So do you guys have a standard liability waiver, or should I make the aircraft into an LLC or something like that?

thanks so much.
