I've been looking at Aero-Lites as an affordable way to go LED on almost all my bulbs. https://www.aero-lites.com/

At first folks were suggesting you needed an A/P 337 form but now several sellers are claiming its something that the owner can do.

FAA electrical standards for reference: https://docs.wixstatic.com/ugd/48d41a_eb07d191dc0a4d54ad991d9a29e3bfcb.pdf

Does anyone have a good definitive answer (or at least a reference) on whether the owner can replace a bulb with an LED?

Thank You,

Mike
