My Archer has 2 KX 155 radios. I’m having a problem at times with with transmissions cutting out. Co-pilot and hand mike seem to work fine so I’m thinking PTT switch is the culprit. Radio has been checked and is good however I have noticed that the little “T” which I’m told should light up on the radio during transmit does not illuminate on either radio during transmission. Would the installation of a GMA 340 (installed years ago) eliminate this feature?
