I'm trying to educate myself on the various flavors. I found a great chart listing all the variants and corresponding part numbers.

My question is in regards to the mods. For example, an eBay listing states "Has mods: 1-3, 6-9, & 11." What does that mean? I couldn't find anything on the internet.
