I still have an old King KR-86 ADF that seems to work on the sensing but no audio for station ID. It makes some static-like noise. The problem occurred after some avionics work many years ago. I tried swapping mine with another KR-86 and it had the same problem so I am suspecting it is either a connector issue or antenna issue. Any guess for the cause of this?
