I am looking at one of these to install during my annual in October, i decided against a full blown engine monitor. I just do not want to put that much into this airplane.

My questions are two fold.

1. Are they reliable and work well? My google skills seems to support that they are worth installing.

2. Do I get the “gravity” or “fuel pump/fuel injected” version. I asked JPI but haven’t heard back yet. I am thinking fuel pump version sine I have both a mechanical and an electric fuel pump. I just want to confirm this before I buy one.

Thanks!
