I have been looking at the new ICAO flight plan information which got me thinking about my initial call up to ATC. As of today, I report that I'm a Piper Cherokee 140/U. Mode C Transponder

Is there a suffix I should use that conveys I have ADS-B transponder?(Garmin GTX-335)

Or is that obvious to ATC?

Thanks
