Is anyone having any issues with new switches failing right out of the box????

When going to Right Mag it is very rough but if I jiggle the key I can get it to run smoothly. Left Mag selection is fine.

We ran engine with out switch and all is fine. New Mags and Harnesses.

Any thoughts.
