Hi

My Arrow 200 has a bit of an oil leak problem where the prop governor is screwed onto the accessory cover.
It leaks right below the gasket marked with the red arrow in the picture.

I saw lycoming posted SI 1438A a few years back but it is not clear to me how one can apply this on my Arrow 200 installation. I want to replace that gasket and hope it fixes my oil leak. I was hoping someone could also advice on how to apply the 1438A ? The drawings supplied in the document do not show the governor adapter installed on my engine (part no 75545 on the picture ).
