You always kill the engine with mixture...correct? I'm wondering if you are just making a quick fuel or burger stop why you can't just kill the magnetos.
When I cut my old vette off I don't drain the carb and it's never caught on fire.
Does it have to do with the inverted carb? Does this have to do with gravity (and fuel seepage?)
