High EGT on one Cylinder

Yesterday I flew with my Cherokee-235 in very cold temperatures.
I found, that Cyl #2 showed a very high EGT (>1.500 F) ... all other Cyl were normal (1.400 F).
Because I also noticed, that the Carburetor Temp. was quite low, I pulled the Carb.Heat and suddenly Cyl #2 went back to 1.400 F as the other Cyl.
This was reproducable and it only showed up with Number 2.

Has anyone an idea, what could be the reason?
