Just got my PA28-140 1970 a few minutes the ago. Very basic question but trying to figure what the two heat levers in the right side of the panel do. There is no explanation anywhere. I have defrost vents and floor vents that both have heat coming out of them. I have found the air inlet valve at the bottom of engine by the nose wheel that is controlled via a cable.

Is there another valve somewhere controlled by the second lever or is the second lever defrost versus floor?
