Id like to add a heated pitot to my 63 cherokee as well, and am more curious as to what it entails with the process.


First, does the pitot have to have some sort of airworthiness approval tag, ie not an ebay purchase.


Second, can I install this legally?


The actual install should be easy, the hard part is figuring out what I can and cant do.
