Hangar Space In Miami Area

I understand that renting a hangar at the airports in Miami is outrageously expensive. I'm currently paying $317.13 for a T-hangar at PNS. Do you have any suggestions?

There's 2 airports that I see:
- Miami Executive Airport (TMB)
- Dade-Collier Training and Transition Airport (TNT)

I've been slammed with house hunting and have just started looking for hangar space.
