Quick question for the electrical gurus. I received a replacement hand mike jack for my PA28161 that has the usual nut and metal washer. In addition, there is an insulated flat washer and an insulated shoulder washer.

Can someone please confirm the install order as follows (my old jack assembly did not seem to have the insulating washers):
