Hello.
I am looking for help to get my Garmin GNC-300 (not XL) GPS approved for IFR flight. Currently it is placarded for VFR flight only.

I have the annunciator and CDI coupled to the GPS along with the grey code coming from the encoder. Installation- wise, it's an IFR install. IIt, and other items were installed under a 337, but I now need a 337 with Field approval to make it a legal IFR GPS.

None of the shops I have called seem very enthusiastic in dealing with such an old GPS and someone else's install. Any thoughts? Anyone willing to share their 337 for a GNC-300 (xl) install (for proper wording). I'd be most appreciative if anyone could help.
Thanks.
Jan
